GreenLand's Sims 3 Album!

Hi everyone I finally saved up for a new computer! Which means you’re going to be seeing a bit more of me cause I cannot afford to leave the house.

Anyway my friend lent me the Sims 3 and the Sims 3 generations so I thought I would give them ago!

So here is my foray into the world of the Sims 3.

The opening:

I decided to start quite simply with one Sims - me!

So off to the new create a Sim.

The making of Cass Marks. (Or Cassy/Cassandra)

I started out life like this:

Ok this is not what I look like; for one thing I wouldn't be caught dead in those shorts.
So trying to make this Sim look like me, number one I'm very pale; in fact I don't think the choices for skin go down far enough. I'm not quite that big and I have some muscle definition. (Now may be the point to tell you all I suck at brutal honesty!)

Ok time to sort out hair, face shape and eye colour:

Much closer!
Also able to add tattoos which is a nice feature, admittedly there was only four choices, none of which look like my real life tattoos so I just added the closet ones to each area.

Clothes time:
Every day:

Formal:

(You might be able to spot the green theme by now.)
Athletic:

(In looking at this outfit, I would like to point out I only exercise in doors where no one can see me)
Swimwear:

That’s everything lookwize so I went on to personality:

I went with Good sense of Humour, family-oriented, artistic, Athletic and frugal. Ok so I didn't pick any perceived negative traits but I let you all see me in swimwear so I think I should be let off the hook!
I also chose green as my fave colour (duh), Fish and chips: Eating: and Indie music.
I chose max art and writing skills as my lifetime Wish. (Nice I'm able to Choose for Sims 3. )

Back to game now and I brought a house:

Don't think much of the wallpaper and floors but it’s roomy and has some lovely plant life around:

That’s where I have got to so far, I'm going to continue on now, but will leave you with what I have learned so far.

1. I prefer the Sims 3 vistas, very nice.
2. I prefer the Sims 2 Sims; I have not got use to the Sim 3 look just yet.
3. Skins do not go pale enough for me.
4. Nice selection of traits which I prefer to the Sims 2 method where most Sims have around the same personality.
5. Generations have some ok clothes.

Great start to your sims 3 album Cass, there are good and bad points to both games and I look forward to seeing what you enjoy and don't enjoy about the sims 3.
