Clc's Cafe and Bar.

Ok for this update we have a modern Cafe and Bar for your Sims enjoyment, I have played this in game a few times and I have had no problems.

Lot costs: around $169

This lot works as both a normal community lot and a business lot.

This lot has a playground outside for the kids.
Inside includes a cafe,
place to sell food for business,
a resturant,
vending machines,
dance area,
bar,
and seperate bathrooms.

This lot was quite a challenge (especially the roof) but i think it is one of my best lots and it certainlly was enjoyable to create.
